Dashboard Submissions Complete
Thank you to all that helped by sending in screenshots. There was really good support. We ended up with 1160 individual screenshots. Wow. I thought that I had a pretty good idea of the widgets available to Tiger users, but there were alot that I had never seen.
The most screenshots came from Mike Libby. He sent in 212 very unique shots. So unique in fact that I wrote to him and asked how he did it. His one line response was “English 210 was very very boring last week.”

Mike will be receiving the iTMS gift certificate for his time.
The “Random Submitter” certificate will be going to Brian Waldman.
Thanks again for your submissions. I will begin the work on the mosaic poster and desktop and post when it is available. If you have a suggestion that may serve as a good image to build the mosaic on, feel free to send it in (blog@brianstucki.com)or link to it in the comments.
Thanks for stopping by. To keep up with the Stucki family, feel free to subscribe to my RSS feed or signup for updates by email.

Woa.. I thought I’d win it with 17!
Oh well, someone was more bored than me obviously!
Wow I actually won. So all that hard work paid off. I sent about 40, I thought no one would have sent more. Guess I was wrong. Can’t wait.
But my dual displays count as 2 don’t they! Darn, I shouldn’t have been so hung over on Sunday otherwise i’d have sent in more!
I can’t wait to see the finish product(s).
Try the program MozoDojo to build the mosaic - its fast and efficient and packed with free useful features (http://mac.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/MozoDojo.shtml). I think maybe something to do the mosaic of would be the real dashboard of a sporty car or something.
Thanks for the suggestion.
I was using MacOSaiX but it is taking a really long time. I will give MozoDojo a tray as well so I can compare them.
