iBri (updated)

April 19, 2005 ·

One thing I have never claimed was an expertise in Photoshop. But I have been playing around with it for the last couple days and I am getting more comfortable with it. It is really a fun program. Today I took a picture of me jumping off of a swing and made myself look like one of the ipod ads. I call it iBri. (This doesn’t give anyone permission to call me “Bri”.)

The original picture is here.

Just for kicks, here are a few more.

My friend Dave , he’s tall.
My Uncle Mark , that’s not his real hair.
My friend Rich , who goes by Slick when he’s on his bike.

Thats you jumping off a swing? How did you take the picture if you are in mid air? And i hope you were high in the air cause a landing in that position might hurt.

Shaun, it is indeed me. Last year I got a group together for some intense swing jumping. The point of the event was to get the coolest pictures….the landing didn’t matter. They landings hurt…but we did it for the art.

Oh the achievements of my big brother… if I had a penny for every ounce of knowledge you possessed about the Apple computer- maybe then I would be able to afford one and dump this Compaq!! Just kidding mom- I like my computer, though I would LOVE a new powerbook… ;)

Thanks for doing that one for me. I like them all. You’re getting that Photoshop stuff down.

At first I thought you went some where, posed and had someone take your picture… that was unti I looked at the original. It looks like you are stuck to the swing.
