The Real Estate Roller Coaster

I don’t usually post videos here, but this one was really interesting to me. It is a virtual rollercoaster made to ride the graph showing pricing of houses(adjusted for inflation.)

Be sure to watch the blue line at the bottom for the corresponding years.

Getting to the end of the ride makes it a bit scary to get a house right now.

    That was so awesome. With Nate having his real estate licsene I am very interested in the trends.

    Stan and I liked this. I loved the feel of a roller coaster and he got quezzy from motion sickness!

    It was very interested to see the patterns of up and downs. I liked how in the corner it showed the date so you could see how much prices dropped, say during the Great Depression. Since I’m not exactly going to buy a house yet, if the pattern continues, I think I might luck out with prices.
