I got a great ant farm for Christmas.

This Casino is being torn apart from the bottom up. Maybe it’s symbolic of a weak foundation? Well, I don’t know about that, but when I was taking this picture this morning, I was approached by a prostitute. I tried to take a picture, but she started running when she saw the camera. Unfortunately, my camera was still using a long exposure time from the sunrise so the picture of her runnning away was blurry.

The Salt Lake Temple

I saw a picture on Flickr.com similar to this so I thought that I’d try it with the Westwind Tree.

I left the shutter open for just a moment longer so that I could have a softer looking river.

At first I was going to get rid of the digital noise in this picture, but then I decided that I kind of like it. The sky was overcast that night so there was a bright glare on the low clouds.

To be honest, when I was taking this picture on the Oceanside Pier, the bird turned and looked at me and made me jump a little. I had to zoom out!

I thought this ship did a great job at breaking up the colorful sunset.

And everyone spends their time walking on TOP of the pier?

I don’t have a true Macro lens so this is the best I can do for now. But isn’t this guy a hairy little messy eater?

This could be the best job in the world.

This is an outdoor theatre near the Oceanside, CA Pier.

I couldn’t believe the color that was in this sunset. As I looked around, there were quite a few other people on the beach with their tripods and cameras.

My family went out shooting for Thanksgiving weekend.

I had forgotten how exciting it is to watch the Thunderbirds fly.

This was my fisrt time ever shooting jets so it isn’t exactly like I wanted it. But it was good practice.

I was shooting a parade last month and saw him just chilling.
